Luther Quick is NOT interested in perm positions.
This means I am not interested in W2.
Nor will I consider relocating.

I only do C2C contracts as I am a freelancer for over 20 years.
I am a US citizen, properly incorporated with workman's comp insurance and general liablity.
Therefore, I will only do C2C onsite or telecommuting. I will consider traveling to a client for periodic meetings such as bimonthly.

I normally work in the NJ/NY/PA areas for onsite.
I will travel to any state or country.
